Classes are held at Whittle le Woods Methodist Church Hall, near Chorley

Monday

9.15 - 9.45am Tutus and Twirls for Tiny Feet & Tearaways: Pre-school ballet class. Gentle, imaginative + fun, exploring the basic elements of balance and coordination for little ones through a story or a theme (for the age group up, see Saturday)

10 - 11am PRIVATE LESSON - Adult Tap

11.15 - 12.15pm FunDance Fitness - Gentle Cardio Open to all + easy on the knees. Fun and enjoyable moves to music

3.50 - 4.30pm Peach Roses Ballet - Teens Ballet (Studying Grade 5/6 RAD) Ages 15 - 18 years. Upper level skills of ballet, preparing for and starting Pointe Work.

4.35 - 5.10pm Artistic Dance Combo Class - Ballet, Lyrical and Musical Theatre Dance Children aged 4/5 - 8 years : One style of dance per week - Focusing on complementary styles of dance built around classical ballet technique  (see Dancebeat Dance )

6.50 - 7.30pm Gold Spotlights Tap - Adult Rhythm Tap (approx. Inter. - Advanced 1 ISTD) Funky sounds, rhythms and routines made with your feet. Brilliant exercise for body and mind. Lots of fun, easy on the knees

7.35 - 8.15pm  Silver Chorus Line Tap - Adult Rhythm Tap (approx. Grade 2 ISTD) Funky steps and sounds. Brilliant exercise for body and mind. Lots of fun + easy on the knees

Tuesday

10 - 11am PRIVATE LESSON - Advanced 2 ISTD Tap (Adult)

11.10 - 11.50am   Performers Tap - Adult Rhythm Tap (approx. Advanced 1 ISTD) Gentle, fun and funky routines to dance and enjoy. Brilliant exercise for body and mind. Easy on the knees

4.30 - 5.10pm  Theatre Combo Class - Street dance, Rhythm Tap and Music/Piano Children aged 9 -15 years: One style of dance per week. Fun with the commercial side of dance (see Dancebeat Dance )

5.10 - 5.25pm Meal Break

5.25 - 6.05pm Line Dance Class - Popular line dances and toe tapping fun. Open to everyone. Fun exercise for body and mind. Bring your friends. Easy on the knees

6.10 - 6.55pm Performers Tap - Adult Rhythm Tap (approx. Advanced 1-2 ISTD)   Fun and funky sounds, rhythms and routines made with your feet. Brilliant exercise for body and mind, lots of fun . Easy on the knees

7 - 8pm  Dynamic Fitness Class - Open to all levels, adjustments made to include everyone. Each week specific exercises for Core, body and leg strength, balance, agility and increased cardio capacity so we have all round fitness and are Fit for Life. Easy on the knees

9.30 - 10.30am PRIVATE LESSON - Street Dance + Piano (Adult) - Home lesson

4.30 - 5pm PRIVATE LESSON - Piano Lesson

5.30 - 6.15pm PRIVATE LESSON - Couples Ballroom + Social Dance (Adult)

Friday

2.45 - 3.45pm PRIVATE LESSON - Available

4 - 4.40pm Gold Roses Ballet - Adult Ballet (Studying Grade 7 RAD) Upper levels of ballet. Posture, artistry and poise. Looking after hips and knees - no leotards and tights necessary. Easy on the knees

4.45 - 5.15pm Meal Break  

5.30 - 6.10pm New Beginners Adult Tap - from the start, fun and friendly everyone is welcome Funky sounds and steps. Gentle exercise for body and mind. Lots of fun. Easy on the knees

6.15 - 6.55pm Peach Roses Ballet - Adult Ballet (approx. Grades 2-3 RAD) Ballet from the start - Great posture, balance, grace and beautiful line. Looking after hips and knees - no leotards and tights necessary. Easy on the knees

Class Payment T+C's

Payment Information

Dance sessions run approximately to local school term times.

Payment for classes is required in block per half-term session and will be due on the first lesson of each session.

A block payment is required for lessons regardless of absence through illness or holidays etc

Payments can be made by online bank transfer, or through mobile banking. Cash payments will only be accepted for the first two classes. When the block payment becomes due payment must be by bank transfer. Handling of cash is being kept to a minimum due to health and hygiene.

Receipts will gladly be written, please ask

Gift Vouchers are available and are redeemable against all dance classes.

Private Lessons Per 1/2 hour  £15.75 (available on request, subject to venue availability)

Wedding Dance     Per 1/2 hour £20

Private Lesson Payments and notice of cancellation

48 hours cancellation is required otherwise half the lesson fee is still payable. On the day cancellations will still require the full fee to be paid.
