Wellbeing Workshop with Mindful Movement - Friday 12.45 - 2.15pm
Do you struggle with feeling stressed? Our Mindful Movement class can help you relax and release your tension. It is gentle and calm and open to men and women, whomever would like to join. We focus on moving very mindfully with gentle music, breathing and letting go of things holding on to us so we can be present, in the moment. It is the most relaxing class I have ever done. My pupils enter and leave as different people. Their faces are so relaxed by the end, they look completely refreshed. It is really lovely to see.
This class is supported by a Chorley Borough Council Health and Wellbeing Grant and the Social Prescribing Team there.
Health and Wellbeing are also a passion of mine and to be able to bring peace and relaxation to people's lives in a priviledge that I cherish.
I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, my classes have Public Liability Insurance cover, and we have a PRS/PPL license to play the music used in the classes. #dbscertificate #publicliabilityinsurance #prsppl
